OrganisationThe Slovak Road Society is a professional, non-political and nonprofit association of physical and corporate bodies, which act upon the road management and road construction in Slovakia. The Slovak Road Society is a member of an interest group of professional research societies the Union of Slovak Technical-Scientific Societies. The Slovak Road Society is engaged in wide spreading of the research knowledge and cultivating of education and international cooperation in the sphere of science and technology, particularly in road construction branch. The Slovak Road Society organizes professional events (seminars, conferences, excursions), supports the activities of members in international technical organizations, and also promotes publishing in the field of development and research in road management.
